Loan Documents

  1. Aadhaar and PAN copies of the customer.
  2. Main loan documents along with linked documents.
  3. For Construction and Purchase loans, the approved plan is mandatory.
  4. Updated house tax receipt is required for purchase loans.
  5. For loans up to ₹14 lakhs, Income Tax Returns are not required.
